A Snapshot Of Our Updated Protocols

  • Enhanced cleaning including disinfecting all exam rooms between patients visits as well as increased daily cleaning across all facilities.
  • Masks are required at all our locations for all patients, approved visitors and staff and will be provided if necessary.
  • Touch-free protocols including online or phone patient registration to avoid unnecessary in-person interaction with staff.
  • COVID screening for all patients, approved visitors and staff based on CDC guidelines, including temperature checks before every visit and at all entry points.
  • COVID-19 testing for patients deemed appropriate based on individual case review prior to surgeries. Additionally, all providers and staff have been tested for COVID-19 and wear masks, gloves and other appropriate protective equipment.
  • Virtual waiting rooms for patients and approved visitors to receive updates via calls and text in order to minimize time in common areas.
  • Virtual care/telehealth options when appropriate before and after surgeries and procedures.
